My name is Za Thomaier. I’m the founder and creative director of InTheMind, a community that provides insight into the different perspectives.
I’m currently available for consulting engagements.
I’m based in Seattle, but most likely in the window seat of an airplane right now.
I’m a person that spends most of his time in social arrangements listening to others. I was taught that if you are able to really understand what a person means then you have a super power. So I’m trying to broaden my viewpoint on people even more by taking conversations to the public.
InTheMind
A format that is designed to create conversation with the purpose of seeing another view point.
Differing points of view
A lot of conversations I absurve are usually one sided. As in one person says what they feel then the other says what they feel. There isn’t a lot of trying to understand the other viewpoint.
Truly being non-judgmental
One of the things that I have found invaluable, is the ability to see and listen without judging. The art of tending.
This is very beginning. I’m starting out tyring to engage with others whose opinion I may not understand. But I’ll will seek to.
The viewpoint of someone who is “evil” has always fascinated me when I was younger. As I became older the concept of “evil” seemed more and more to be just a wounded soul.
